We offer flexible hybrid working to have a real work life balance. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. Located in Oswestry, with occasional travel to Conwy and retail stores. We offer a competitive salary of £25,917 - £30,338 (FTE) per annum.
About the IT Support Assistant role:
As an IT Support Assistant, you will support the IT team by managing user accounts, equipment, licences and providing technical support to end users. Supporting with organisational projects as required. You will have strong customer service skills, flexibility, and a good working knowledge of digital workplace technologies.
This role is a development opportunity for someone with the aptitude to grow alongside the organisation’s digital technologies, offering hands-on experience and supported professional development.
Based in Oswestry, you will be flexible in your working hours and comfortable travelling between sites. The IT Support Assistant will occasionally be required to work from our Hospice in Conwy; therefore, the successful applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
