Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Regular Giving Administrator to join our team based in Oswestry. You will join us on a permanent full-time role 37.5 hours (part time hours of 30 per week will be considered). In return, the Regular Giving Administrator will receive a competitive salary of £25,917 per annum FTE.
About the Regular Giving Administrator role:
Your role as Regular Giving Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our Regular Giving programme, this includes the Hope House Children’s Hospices lottery.
The role supports the accurate administration of the Lottery and Regular Giving programme by maintaining accurate records and delivering efficient administration.
As a member of the Regular Giving team, you will work closely with other teams that sit within Income Generation including Fundraising, Communications, Engagement and Retail.
We are looking for a Regular Giving Administrator who:
Delivers accurate and compliant data management.
Has effective task and time management.
Has excellent communication skills to work with both fundraising agencies and the general public.
Possess strong administrative skills and ability to work with data using Excel.
